Boys College ID Clinic

Lonestar Soccer Club is hosting a Boys College ID Camp on November 27, 2026, in Austin, Texas. This is a single-day, daytime ID camp open to male players across all college divisions. The camp format includes training sessions led by college-level coaches, 8v8 game play, and a recruiting Q&A component. Goalkeepers receive separate instruction. The 8-to-1 player-to-coach ratio is relatively low, which should allow for meaningful individual feedback.

This camp is marketed broadly to "aspiring male players," which signals an open-enrollment event rather than a selective pipeline. The multi-division structure means coaches from D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and possibly junior-college programs may be present, making it a broad-exposure clinic rather than a focused recruiting showcase for any single level. Families exploring multiple division options, or players early in their recruiting awareness, may find value in the variety. There is no age or class-year filter listed, so the field could range widely.

The camp description emphasizes exposure to "elite college-level coaches," but the absence of listed coaches, missing program tier information, and no head-coach attendance noted suggest this is a vendor-run event rather than a school-specific recruiting visit. A day camp format limits coaching contact to formal field time; there is no overnight element for informal relationship-building. No cost information is published, so families should confirm fees before committing. With no reviews on record, there is no peer feedback to validate the coaching quality or recruiting outcomes.

This camp works best for families exploring the recruiting landscape or players seeking general college-level coaching exposure in a low-pressure setting. It is not a targeted recruiting event for a specific program or division, so players with clear D1 or elite D2 ambitions may find more productive use of their time at school-specific camps. Check with Lonestar Soccer Club directly for registration details, cost, and the current coaching staff attending.
