ID Camp | July 18th-19th

This is a two-day women's soccer ID camp hosted by the University of Houston, a Big 12 Division 1 program, on July 18–19, 2026, in Houston, Texas. The camp runs as a day event (no overnight option) and costs $216. It is open to players in grades 9 through college senior.

The camp targets a wide age range, from rising freshmen to current college players. For high school recruits, it suits players with genuine interest in a Power Five program and realistic Division 1 athleticism. The Big 12 is a competitive recruiting environment, so this event draws a serious applicant pool. Younger players (grades 9–10) should expect to be one of many attending; this is not a specialized early-exposure event but rather a general recruiting showcase. The head coach does not attend this camp, which is an important signal. This means evaluation happens through assistant coaches and staff, not the decision-maker at the top of the recruiting chain. Two days gives players more court time and coaching contact than a single-day event would, but the day format (no overnight stay) limits informal coach interaction outside formal sessions. At $216, the cost is reasonable for a Big 12 ID camp. This camp works best for high school players actively pursuing D1 soccer and willing to compete in a large-roster setting. It's less useful if you're still exploring whether D1 is the right level or if you're looking for guaranteed staff interaction with the head coach.
