About This Camp

The 4 Corners College ID Camp is a four-day women's Division II ID camp hosted by St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, running June 22–25, 2026. It is a day camp (no overnight housing) designed for girls in grades 7–12 as of Fall 2026. The camp costs $216.

This camp is structured as a broad exposure event for young female soccer players across a range of grades and development levels. Because it accepts grades 7–12, it functions as much as a skills and development opportunity for middle schoolers as a recruiting event for high school upperclassmen seriously considering college. Division II programs in the Lone Star Conference typically offer more selective recruiting environments than large D1 events but still require realistic assessment of fit. Families with 9th and 10th graders should view this as an early-exposure camp; those with juniors and seniors may find it useful for exploring mid-level D2 options, though it is not a premier recruiting venue.

Recruits should note that the head coach does not attend this camp, which means coaching staff evaluation may be less intensive than at events where the head coach is present. The four-day format provides more training and play time than a single-day clinic, which can be valuable for demonstrating skill development and consistency. At $216, the cost is reasonable for a multi-day event. The camp accepts a wide age range, so the competitive level and coaching focus will likely vary by session or field assignment. No prior reviews are available for this camp, so families may want to reach out directly to the program for details on coaching staff, field assignments by age or skill level, and what to expect on each day.

This camp is best suited for middle and early-high-school-age female soccer players exploring college soccer as a possibility, or families testing fit with a D2 program in Texas. High school juniors and seniors with serious D2 or D1 ambitions should prioritize camps where the head coach attends and competition is more uniform. Families interested in the 4 Corners event should register soon, as multi-day camps often fill; no registration deadline is listed, so direct contact with the program is advisable.

* Camp followed the standard format for an ID camp. * There were several coaches attending from other schools.

* Camp was in June, and the heat was unbearable the whole camp. * It poured rain the day before the camp, so the main field was water logged and they couldn't play on it. They ended up playing on the practice field, which was fine, just not as nice as the game field.

Would not recommendCamp was as good as any other camp. Just make sure you have genuine interest before you go. My daughter also did not like the campus at all, as it's not in the greatest area of San Antonio. Check out the campus before attending to decide interest.
